Here's how to lower your risk of cancer with every meal.

Dr. William Li, an oncologist and author of "Eat to Beat Disease," recommends adding five specific foods to your diet to help combat cancer: coffee, which can reduce the risk of certain cancers and improve survival rates; soy, which contains compounds that can inhibit cancer cell growth; green tea, known for its cancer-fighting catechins; leafy greens like spinach and kale, which are rich in cancer-preventive nutrients; and tomatoes, which contain lycopene that may lower the risk of prostate cancer. Dr. Li emphasizes the importance of these foods in a diet aimed at preventing and fighting cancer, based on his extensive research and clinical experience.
