Nigeria has a food security problem as water for crops is harder to find

The situation is exacerbated by the lack of government support and the failure of the Dasin Hausa Dam project, which was intended to help but remains incomplete. This has forced many farmers to abandon their lands, contributing to increased poverty and food insecurity in the region.
