  • The Westfield Food Pantry food truck relaunched its services for a fifth season on April 24. The organization is now set to serve meals weekly on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:15-12:45 p.m. outside the First Congregational Church of Westfield throughout the summer.

The Westfield Food Pantry's food truck has reopened for its fifth season, continuing to serve the community by providing free meals to those in need. The truck, which operates from 4 to 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays at 101 Elm St., Westfield, offers a variety of hot meals, including vegetarian options, prepared by volunteers. The initiative, which started as a response to the increased food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic, has become a vital resource for many residents. The food pantry's director, Jane Doe, expressed gratitude for the community's support and encouraged more volunteers and donations to help sustain the program.
