  • Eating just 10% more ultraprocessed food ups your risk of premature death from any cause by nearly 3%, a new study says.

The article from Yahoo Lifestyle discusses a study published in the journal BMJ Evidence-Based Medicine, which found that the risk of early death increases with each hour of nightly sleep deviation from the optimal range of 7 to 8 hours. The study, which analyzed data from nearly 300,000 participants across multiple countries, also highlighted that both short and long sleep durations were linked to increased risks of death from various causes, including cardiovascular diseases and cancer. The researchers emphasized the importance of maintaining a consistent sleep schedule to minimize these health risks.
