The Pour Your Own Wine Lounge in St. Pete, originally opened in 2021, has expanded its offerings to include a new bourbon bar called The Blind Tiger, which opened on March 17, 2023. Located at 217 Central Ave., the lounge now features over 50 varieties of bourbon, alongside its existing selection of over 70 wines available for self-pouring. The Blind Tiger also offers a variety of bourbon-based cocktails, enhancing the lounge's appeal to bourbon enthusiasts. The addition of the bourbon bar aims to cater to a broader audience and enhance the overall experience at the venue, which continues to operate from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
