A mother from Pennsylvania was arrested after her 1-year-old child was found with a bottle containing alcohol at a daycare center. The mother, Samantha Elizabeth Payne, faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person. The child was taken to a hospital for evaluation and was found to be unharmed. Payne claimed she accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle, which contained a mix of rum and wine, but police noted the bottle's nipple was discolored from the alcohol, suggesting it was not an isolated incident.
