The Vanlandschoot Sons food truck, operated by brothers Austin and Tyler Vanlandschoot, kicked off its season in Marquette, Michigan, on May 27, 2025. The food truck, which has been a local favorite since its inception in 2020, offers a variety of seafood dishes sourced from their family's business, Vanlandschoot & Sons Fish Market. The opening day menu featured popular items like fish tacos, shrimp po'boys, and clam chowder, attracting long lines of eager customers. The brothers expressed their excitement about returning for another season and their gratitude for the community's continued support. They plan to operate the food truck throughout the summer, bringing their fresh seafood offerings to various locations around Marquette.
