The ECU School of Hospitality hosted its annual Food and Wine Festival, which showcased culinary talents and offered a variety of food and wine experiences. The event featured dishes prepared by students and faculty, providing them an opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a real-world setting. Attendees enjoyed tasting sessions, cooking demonstrations, and educational workshops on wine and food pairing. The festival also served as a fundraiser, with proceeds going towards scholarships and program enhancements for the School of Hospitality.
