Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of conspiring against him, particularly in light of a recent Enforcement Directorate (ED) summons related to a money laundering case. Soren, who is also the executive president of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), claims that the BJP is using central agencies to target opposition leaders. He made these remarks during a public event in Dumka, where he also highlighted his government's achievements, including the implementation of the 1932 Khatiyan-based domicile policy, which has been a point of contention with the BJP. Soren emphasized his commitment to the development of Jharkhand, asserting that despite the political challenges, his administration is focused on progress and welfare schemes for the state's residents. He also mentioned the upcoming trust vote in the Jharkhand Assembly, expressing confidence in his government's stability.
