Hendrick Motorsports revived their Xfinity Series program in 2022 with the No.17 car, and four Cup Series drivers will get behind the wheel in 2025
Hendrick Motorsports has announced that both Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott will participate in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2024. Kyle Larson will drive the No. 17 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet in multiple races, starting at Circuit of the Americas on March 23, with additional races at Sonoma Raceway, the Chicago Street Course, and Darlington Raceway. Chase Elliott, the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion, will also compete in several races, beginning at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 25, followed by appearances at Darlington, Indianapolis, and Watkins Glen. This move is part of Hendrick Motorsports' strategy to bolster their presence in the Xfinity Series, providing their Cup Series drivers with additional racing experience and exposure.
