PARTA Completes First Tranche of New Private Placement

MONTREAL et PARIS, July 13, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - PARTA DIALOGUE INC. ("Parta") (TSX-V: PAD), is pleased to announce it has completed a first tranche of a private placement of up to $180,000 by issuing 1,250,000 units issued at a price of $0.09 per unit for total gross proceeds of $112,500. Each Unit is composed of one common share and one half (1/2) common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), each whole warrant will allow the holder to purchase an additional common share of Parta at the price of $0.25 for a period of 18 months. Parta expects to complete the second tranche of the private placement within the coming weeks.

Securities issued as part of this offering will be subject to a hold period until November 9, 2011.

Completion of this placement is subject to regulatory approval including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
